The final thing that day was the trip to see Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream factory. We took that tour and received a small sample. The next day we took a trip to Monadanock State Park, New Hampshire. It was becoming cloudy and could rain, so we headed back into Vermont and did a short hike at Molly Stark State Park, VT. That night for dinner we headed just 5 miles north of Wilmington to the town of West Dover. We ate at T.C.'s Family Restaurant, which is the actual home of Kelly Clark, the first gold medal winner for the United States in Snowboarding at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, Utah. The next day we took a day trip to New Hampshire. We stopped at Franconia State Park and took the trail to The Flume. The next stop was to gander at the symbol of New Hampshire (you can see it on the back of New Hampshire's State Quarter) called the Profile, or Old Man in the Mountain. Unfortunately, in early to mid 2003 the main rocks that made up the forehead and nose part of the profile came crashing down, so it no longer looks like a profile.
