Sundogs - The GI, as it is called, is located on a ridge for a great view of the Fairbanks area. This photo was taken on December 30, 2002 as there was a fog bank over the Tanana River valley. The fog created the sun dogs and sun pillar. The photo looks blurry, but is only because of the fog.
