Another daring thing that a couple of us did was to trek to the top of the Saint Peter's steeple. From the top of it we could see many areas of Munich. In the distance we could see the needle (left) where the 1972 Summer Olympic Village is located, and the tall building (right of center) of the BMW museum and factory. Later in the day we did go up the needle and we went to the BMW museum and took one of the factory tours.
