A cool event around Hawai'i on September 2, 1995 was the Parade of Ships to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the end of World War II. A couple buddies and I went down to Waikiki to watch some of the ships go by in parade formations. This is the USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70).
