My second trip of the 2003 summer started bright and early on July 6th with a very early morning flight from Fairbanks to Seattle. The next part was from Seattle to Los Angeles. This leg of the trip was awesome, because I was on the starboard (right) side of the plane at the window. The entire way to LA was very clear providing great views of the Cascade Range volcanoes! The first one seen was Mt. Rainier right after takeoff. In the photo Mt. Adams can also be seen in the distance to the right of Mt. Rainier.
