He showed us how to use a simple rock to crack the part that cuts the coconut in half. I managed to take the photo right when he connected with the coconut. The hand with the coconut in it is slightly blurry because it is moving down from the impact. His upper hand stops when it hits the coconut. Just this one shot broke the coconut in half to reveal the juice inside. The solid white inner portion is actually the coconut milk. He then went on to show us how they shave the milk and use the straw part of the coconut shell to strain it into liquid milk.
