The eastern side of the Denali Highway is only paved for the first 3 miles. For the rest of the way until nearing the Tangle Lakes area, it is gravel and dirt. This scene was taken only a couple miles after the paved road ended. Nice views of some of the Alaska Range, lakes, and vegetation.
