On May 28, 2005, Kate and I went on a little recon trip to the western side of the Denali Highway. The Denali Highway connects Cantwell (on the west) and Paxson (on the east). On the way down the Parks Highway toward Cantwell, we stopped in the usual place to gas up and get some snacks. From here we could see Mount Healy.
