As seems to be the case, most of the time, I had forgotten my tripod, so when I tried to take the few several second exposure photos (like the previous one, as well), I had to set the camera on some flat rocks. This one (with the base rock in the foreground) is looking up the Golden Canyon toward Kate (the white to the right of center) and what we would see the next day from the other side - Zabriskie Point. The exposure makes it look like the daylight was brought back, but it is rather dark at the time.
