After the great 12 hour day of driving through two of Canada's best National Parks, we arrived in Banff, Alberta for the evening at around 7:15 PM (MDT). After checking into the hotel, we went out to get something to eat at Wild Bill's Saloon. We later did a little shopping, but Kate couldn't pass up getting her photo taken with a big stuffed friend. Unfortunately, due to the time of day we arrived near Banff, we did not make it to Lake Louise, but we plan on making it there some day in the future.
